Call-Back PayEmployees called back in to work receive time and one half for any callback hours (one hour minimum).
EducationBLS, ACLS and PALS training offered to staff members.
Employee Assistance ProgramAssistance Center at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids - will provide free counseling sessions (up to 3) for employees and family members plus referral.
