Health Insurance- NEW FOR 2017!!

Hospital pays 100% of your health insurance through Health Partners, $1500 Deductible.

Dental Insurance

Delta Dental is offered, employee pays 100% of plan.

Direct Deposit

To any bank, credit union, or savings and loan each pay period.


Call-Back Pay

Employees called back in to work receive time and one half for any callback hours (one hour minimum).


Education

BLS, ACLS and PALS training offered to staff members.

Employee Assistance Program

Assistance Center at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids - will provide free counseling sessions (up to 3) for employees and family members plus referral.

Flexible Spending Account

Unreimbursed Medical and Dependent Child Care. Pre-tax $ deducted for medical/dental/vision expenses not covered by insurance or for child care expenses.

IPERS

Hospital contributes 8.93% of employee's gross earnings and employee contributes 5.95% of their gross earnings toward Iowa Public Employees' Retirement Plan.

Life Insurance

Life Insurance is offered to eligible full time employees. Employee pays 100% of policy.


Shift Pay

Additional $.50/hour for 2nd shift and weekends; and $1.00/hour for 3rd shift

Short/Long Term Disability

Short term is offered to all eligible full time employees. Employee pays 100% of short term policy.

Long term monthly max of $5000.00. Long term policy is paid for by hospital.

PTO

Accrued on hours worked.
