Mikaela Kienitz, MSN

Ms. Kienitz was named the Chief Operating Officer in 2009. She served as the Interim CEO in 2011 and prior to that was the Director and Associate Director of Patient Care Services at Compass Memorial Healthcare since 2005. Prior to being in an administrative role, she was a registered nurse at CMH starting in 2001. Ms. Kienitz received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2001, her Master of Science in Nursing in 2005, both from Allen College of Nursing. She is board certified in Healthcare Management as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
