Full time RN/LPN/CMA position in the Family Medical Clinics at Compass Memorial Healthcare. This position will be based in Marengo, but will rotate between North English, Colonies, Victor, and Williamsburg as needed/where needed.

This position will have the ability to work closely with practitioners and other clinical nursing staff in the clinic setting. This position assists providers in clinics with direct patient care, examinations, and treatment plans. Must demonstrate effective clinical skills within scope of certification or licensure. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with providers and other team members within the clinic and hospital setting. Prepares patients and assists providers with minor surgical and medical procedures. EPIC training preferred and previous work in a medical clinic setting is required.

a. High school diploma preferred; must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing or appropriate education based on degree/certificate.
b. Must possess current state of Iowa Registered Nurse licensure, or licensure based on degree.
c. Must have and maintain BLS certification.
d. Must possess basic computer skills. Previous electronic health record experience preferred.
e. Must possess valid Mandatory Reporter training for Child and Dependent Adult Abuse.
