Community Health Needs Assessment
As a non-profit hospital, Compass Memorial Healthcare is required to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) for our community. The purpose of the health needs assessment is to identify the top health needs and develop a plan to proactively address them.
Compass Memorial Healthcare partnered with Iowa County Public Health to support these new requirements and has identified the major health and socioeconomic issues that affect the community and patients we serve and Compass Memorial Healthcare.
