Staff RN-7p-7a- Night Option
Full-time Night Option Staff RN working 7:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. with a shared limited rotation of On-Call hours, holidays and weekends.

*NIGHT OPTION IS OUR NEWEST BENEFIT! Night Option team members will be paid a base rate of pay plus a Night Option Differential of 30% of their base rate. The base rate is determined upon job classification and experience.

*Eligible for all full-time benefits, which include 100% employer paid health insurance, and daycare sponsorship through W4C's or Little Tigers Childcare. (Based on availability of childcare center)

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
The staff nurse is a professional Registered Nurse, who is responsible for the direct nursing care of those patients assigned to his/her unit. The nurse will use professional judgment in supervising other members assigned to that unit.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education, Experience, and Training
a. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
b. Current State of Iowa Nursing license.
c. BLS, ACLS and PALS certification within 6 month of hire.
d. Must have the ability to work with associated technologies relevant to the position.
e. Must possess the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in written form, needs and solutions with all levels of the organization.
f. Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
g. Must possess valid Mandatory Reporter training for Child and Dependent Adult Abuse, or within 6 months of hire.
h. Must be able to read, speak, and write fluent English.
