Patient Access Representative-ED
Compass Memorial Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Patient Access Representative in our Emergency Department to join our healthcare team. This will be a full-time position working Monday through Thursday 3:00 P.M. to 11:30 P.M.

Compass Memorial Healthcare is a critical access hospital that is fully equipped with the latest technology so we can improve the health of the community and patients we serve. We have an active ER, OR, Oncology and Med/Surg unit. CMH has 5 clinics within our service area, and we service 6 different nursing homes. CMH is staffed with great providers who live within the service area they serve, as well as visiting providers that choose to see their patients here.

Primary Functions
To organize and follow through the various duties appropriate to shift and location. This position will present a friendly and positive attitude toward patients, family members of patients, visitors, callers, and other employees of CMH. Above all, it is our job to make the patients feel comfortable and happy to be here. This person will always wear a smile and be willing to go that extra step to help our patients. To work, communicate, and function as a member of the admission staff team as well as the CMH workplace.
