Compass Memorial Healthcare Welcomes Brooklyn Medical Clinic to Its Healthcare Network Effective July 1
July, 2026Effective July 1, 2026, Brooklyn Medical Clinic and Compass Memorial Healthcare (CMH) are pleased to announce a partnership that will bring Brooklyn Medical Clinic into the CMH network and introduce its new name, Brooklyn Family Medical Clinic (BFMC).
There will be no changes to the dedicated providers and team members who serve patients today. CMH is committed to providing healthcare delivered by local professionals and ensuring that essential healthcare services remain accessible within the communities they serve.
