JulieBaburek, ARNP, is a Nurse Practitioner in the Emergency Department with experience in emergency and urgent care medicine. She previously worked as an Emergency Room nurse at St. Luke’s Hospital and later served for three years as an Emergency Room Nurse Practitioner. Julie also has three years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in walk-in clinic and urgent care settings.
Julie earned her BSN from Mount Mercy University and her MSN–Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Allen College in Waterloo. She grew up in Belle Plaine and currently lives in the country outside of town. Outside of work, Julie enjoys reading, gardening, running, and spending time with her husband and children.
