Mindy Martin is a board-certified Oncology Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate oncology and hematology care at Compass, with a primary focus on oncology support starting at diagnosis. She is committed to patient-first care, emphasizing education throughout treatment to help patients and families feel informed and supported.
Mindy earned her BSN from Mount Mercy University in 1996 and her MSN from Clarke College in 2002. She has been board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2002. She began her NP career in Adult Cardiology before transitioning to Oncology in 2006, where she has worked alongside Dr. Ghosh since. Mindy joined Compass in 2021.
Originally from Blairstown, Mindy now resides near Ely with her husband, two of their four children, and their Australian shepherd. Outside of work, she enjoys real estate, gardening, beekeeping, jigsaw puzzles, traveling, and time spent with family and friends.
